How To Uninstall debaux On Debian 9

To uninstall debaux just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just debaux

Debian Auxiliary ProgramsDebian 9.0devel0.1.12-1
sudo apt-get remove debaux

This will remove just the debaux package itself.

Uninstall debaux and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove debaux

This will remove the debaux package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for debaux then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge debaux

Or similarly, like this debaux

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove debaux
