How To Uninstall debconf-kde-dbg On Debian 9

To uninstall debconf-kde-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just debconf-kde-dbg

Debconf KDE debugging symbolsDebian 9.0debug1.0.2-1+b1
sudo apt-get remove debconf-kde-dbg

This will remove just the debconf-kde-dbg package itself.

Uninstall debconf-kde-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove debconf-kde-dbg

This will remove the debconf-kde-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for debconf-kde-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge debconf-kde-dbg

Or similarly, like this debconf-kde-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove debconf-kde-dbg
