How To Uninstall debirf On Debian 9

To uninstall debirf just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just debirf

build a kernel and initrd to run Debian from RAMDebian 9.0admin0.37
sudo apt-get remove debirf

This will remove just the debirf package itself.

Uninstall debirf and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove debirf

This will remove the debirf package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for debirf then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge debirf

Or similarly, like this debirf

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove debirf
