How To Uninstall debmirror On Debian 9

To uninstall debmirror just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just debmirror

Debian partial mirror script, with ftp and package pool supportDebian 9.0net1:2.26
sudo apt-get remove debmirror

This will remove just the debmirror package itself.

Uninstall debmirror and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove debmirror

This will remove the debmirror package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for debmirror then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge debmirror

Or similarly, like this debmirror

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove debmirror
