How To Uninstall dehydrated-apache2 On Debian 9

To uninstall dehydrated-apache2 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just dehydrated-apache2

dehydrated challenge response support for Apache2Debian 9.0misc0.3.1-3
sudo apt-get remove dehydrated-apache2

This will remove just the dehydrated-apache2 package itself.

Uninstall dehydrated-apache2 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove dehydrated-apache2

This will remove the dehydrated-apache2 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for dehydrated-apache2 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge dehydrated-apache2

Or similarly, like this dehydrated-apache2

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove dehydrated-apache2
