How To Uninstall deluge-console On Debian 9

To uninstall deluge-console just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just deluge-console

bittorrent client written in Python/PyGTK (console ui)Debian 9.0net1.3.13+git20161130.48cedf63-3
sudo apt-get remove deluge-console

This will remove just the deluge-console package itself.

Uninstall deluge-console and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove deluge-console

This will remove the deluge-console package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for deluge-console then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge deluge-console

Or similarly, like this deluge-console

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove deluge-console
