How To Uninstall designate-pool-manager On Debian 9

To uninstall designate-pool-manager just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just designate-pool-manager

OpenStack DNS as a Service - pool managerDebian 9.0net1:3.0.0-4
sudo apt-get remove designate-pool-manager

This will remove just the designate-pool-manager package itself.

Uninstall designate-pool-manager and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove designate-pool-manager

This will remove the designate-pool-manager package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for designate-pool-manager then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge designate-pool-manager

Or similarly, like this designate-pool-manager

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove designate-pool-manager
