How To Uninstall desproxy On Debian 9

To uninstall desproxy just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just desproxy

tunnel TCP traffic through a HTTP proxyDebian 9.0net0.1.0~pre3-10
sudo apt-get remove desproxy

This will remove just the desproxy package itself.

Uninstall desproxy and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove desproxy

This will remove the desproxy package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for desproxy then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge desproxy

Or similarly, like this desproxy

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove desproxy
