How To Uninstall dh-autoreconf On Debian 9

To uninstall dh-autoreconf just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just dh-autoreconf

debhelper add-on to call autoreconf and clean up after the buildDebian 9.0devel14
sudo apt-get remove dh-autoreconf

This will remove just the dh-autoreconf package itself.

Uninstall dh-autoreconf and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove dh-autoreconf

This will remove the dh-autoreconf package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for dh-autoreconf then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge dh-autoreconf

Or similarly, like this dh-autoreconf

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove dh-autoreconf
