How To Uninstall dhcp-probe On Debian 9

To uninstall dhcp-probe just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just dhcp-probe

network DHCP or BootP server discoverDebian 9.0net1.3.0-10.1+b1
sudo apt-get remove dhcp-probe

This will remove just the dhcp-probe package itself.

Uninstall dhcp-probe and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove dhcp-probe

This will remove the dhcp-probe package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for dhcp-probe then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge dhcp-probe

Or similarly, like this dhcp-probe

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove dhcp-probe
