How To Uninstall digikam-data On Debian 9

To uninstall digikam-data just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just digikam-data

digiKam architecture-independant dataDebian 9.0graphics4:5.3.0-1
sudo apt-get remove digikam-data

This will remove just the digikam-data package itself.

Uninstall digikam-data and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove digikam-data

This will remove the digikam-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for digikam-data then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge digikam-data

Or similarly, like this digikam-data

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove digikam-data
