How To Uninstall e2wm On Debian 9

To uninstall e2wm just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just e2wm

simple window manager for emacsDebian 9.0lisp1.3+git20150609-2
sudo apt-get remove e2wm

This will remove just the e2wm package itself.

Uninstall e2wm and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove e2wm

This will remove the e2wm package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for e2wm then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge e2wm

Or similarly, like this e2wm

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove e2wm
