How To Uninstall eblook On Debian 9

To uninstall eblook just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just eblook

electronic dictionary search command using EB LibraryDebian 9.0text1:1.6.1-14
sudo apt-get remove eblook

This will remove just the eblook package itself.

Uninstall eblook and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove eblook

This will remove the eblook package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for eblook then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge eblook

Or similarly, like this eblook

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove eblook
