How To Uninstall ebnetd On Debian 9

To uninstall ebnetd just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ebnetd

the server of EBNET protocolDebian 9.0text1:1.0.dfsg.1-4.3+b2
sudo apt-get remove ebnetd

This will remove just the ebnetd package itself.

Uninstall ebnetd and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ebnetd

This will remove the ebnetd package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ebnetd then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ebnetd

Or similarly, like this ebnetd

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ebnetd
