sudo apt-get remove eclipse-cdt-profiling-framework

This will remove just the eclipse-cdt-profiling-framework package itself.

Uninstall eclipse-cdt-profiling-framework and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove eclipse-cdt-profiling-framework

This will remove the eclipse-cdt-profiling-framework package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for eclipse-cdt-profiling-framework then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge eclipse-cdt-profiling-framework

Or similarly, like this eclipse-cdt-profiling-framework
