How To Uninstall eclipse-mercurialeclipse On Debian 9

To uninstall eclipse-mercurialeclipse just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just eclipse-mercurialeclipse

Mercurial DVCS integration for EclipseDebian 9.0devel1.9.4-2
sudo apt-get remove eclipse-mercurialeclipse

This will remove just the eclipse-mercurialeclipse package itself.

Uninstall eclipse-mercurialeclipse and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove eclipse-mercurialeclipse

This will remove the eclipse-mercurialeclipse package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for eclipse-mercurialeclipse then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge eclipse-mercurialeclipse

Or similarly, like this eclipse-mercurialeclipse

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove eclipse-mercurialeclipse
