How To Uninstall eclipse-rse-sdk On Debian 9

To uninstall eclipse-rse-sdk just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just eclipse-rse-sdk

Eclipse Remote System Explorer (source and documentation)Debian 9.0java3.4.2-2
sudo apt-get remove eclipse-rse-sdk

This will remove just the eclipse-rse-sdk package itself.

Uninstall eclipse-rse-sdk and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove eclipse-rse-sdk

This will remove the eclipse-rse-sdk package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for eclipse-rse-sdk then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge eclipse-rse-sdk

Or similarly, like this eclipse-rse-sdk

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove eclipse-rse-sdk
