How To Uninstall eekboek On Debian 9

To uninstall eekboek just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just eekboek

Bookkeeping software for small and medium-size businessesDebian 9.0perl2.02.05+dfsg-2
sudo apt-get remove eekboek

This will remove just the eekboek package itself.

Uninstall eekboek and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove eekboek

This will remove the eekboek package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for eekboek then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge eekboek

Or similarly, like this eekboek

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove eekboek
