How To Uninstall elpa-ctable On Debian 9

To uninstall elpa-ctable just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just elpa-ctable

table component for Emacs LispDebian 9.0lisp0.1.2-2
sudo apt-get remove elpa-ctable

This will remove just the elpa-ctable package itself.

Uninstall elpa-ctable and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove elpa-ctable

This will remove the elpa-ctable package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for elpa-ctable then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge elpa-ctable

Or similarly, like this elpa-ctable

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove elpa-ctable
