How To Uninstall elpa-epc On Debian 9

To uninstall elpa-epc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just elpa-epc

RPC stack for Emacs LispDebian 9.0lisp0.1.1-2
sudo apt-get remove elpa-epc

This will remove just the elpa-epc package itself.

Uninstall elpa-epc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove elpa-epc

This will remove the elpa-epc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for elpa-epc then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge elpa-epc

Or similarly, like this elpa-epc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove elpa-epc
