How To Uninstall elpa-eshell-up On Debian 9

To uninstall elpa-eshell-up just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just elpa-eshell-up

quickly go to a specific parent directory in eshellDebian 9.0lisp0.0.3-1
sudo apt-get remove elpa-eshell-up

This will remove just the elpa-eshell-up package itself.

Uninstall elpa-eshell-up and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove elpa-eshell-up

This will remove the elpa-eshell-up package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for elpa-eshell-up then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge elpa-eshell-up

Or similarly, like this elpa-eshell-up

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove elpa-eshell-up
