How To Uninstall elpa-muse On Debian 9

To uninstall elpa-muse just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just elpa-muse

Author and publish projects using Wiki-like markupDebian 9.0editors3.20+dfsg-1
sudo apt-get remove elpa-muse

This will remove just the elpa-muse package itself.

Uninstall elpa-muse and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove elpa-muse

This will remove the elpa-muse package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for elpa-muse then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge elpa-muse

Or similarly, like this elpa-muse

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove elpa-muse
