How To Uninstall elpa-python-environment On Debian 9

To uninstall elpa-python-environment just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just elpa-python-environment

virtualenv API for Emacs LispDebian 9.0lisp0.0.2-1
sudo apt-get remove elpa-python-environment

This will remove just the elpa-python-environment package itself.

Uninstall elpa-python-environment and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove elpa-python-environment

This will remove the elpa-python-environment package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for elpa-python-environment then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge elpa-python-environment

Or similarly, like this elpa-python-environment

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove elpa-python-environment
