How To Uninstall elpa-tablist On Debian 9

To uninstall elpa-tablist just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just elpa-tablist

tablist adds maks and filters to tabulated-list-modeDebian 9.0lisp0.70-2
sudo apt-get remove elpa-tablist

This will remove just the elpa-tablist package itself.

Uninstall elpa-tablist and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove elpa-tablist

This will remove the elpa-tablist package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for elpa-tablist then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge elpa-tablist

Or similarly, like this elpa-tablist

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove elpa-tablist
