How To Uninstall emacs-intl-fonts On Debian 9

To uninstall emacs-intl-fonts just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just emacs-intl-fonts

fonts to allow multilingual PostScript printing from EmacsDebian 9.0fonts1.2.1-10
sudo apt-get remove emacs-intl-fonts

This will remove just the emacs-intl-fonts package itself.

Uninstall emacs-intl-fonts and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove emacs-intl-fonts

This will remove the emacs-intl-fonts package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for emacs-intl-fonts then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge emacs-intl-fonts

Or similarly, like this emacs-intl-fonts

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove emacs-intl-fonts
