How To Uninstall emacspeak-espeak-server On Debian 9

To uninstall emacspeak-espeak-server just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just emacspeak-espeak-server

espeak syntesis server for emacspeakDebian 9.0editors45.0+dfsg-1
sudo apt-get remove emacspeak-espeak-server

This will remove just the emacspeak-espeak-server package itself.

Uninstall emacspeak-espeak-server and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove emacspeak-espeak-server

This will remove the emacspeak-espeak-server package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for emacspeak-espeak-server then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge emacspeak-espeak-server

Or similarly, like this emacspeak-espeak-server

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove emacspeak-espeak-server
