sudo apt-get remove embassy-domainatrix

This will remove just the embassy-domainatrix package itself.

Uninstall embassy-domainatrix and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove embassy-domainatrix

This will remove the embassy-domainatrix package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for embassy-domainatrix then this will work.
