How To Uninstall emma On Debian 9

To uninstall emma just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just emma

extendable MySQL managing assistantDebian 9.0gnome0.6-5
sudo apt-get remove emma

This will remove just the emma package itself.

Uninstall emma and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove emma

This will remove the emma package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for emma then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge emma

Or similarly, like this emma

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove emma
