How To Uninstall empty-expect On Debian 9

To uninstall empty-expect just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just empty-expect

Run processes and applications under pseudo-terminalDebian 9.0interpreters0.6.20b-1+b1
sudo apt-get remove empty-expect

This will remove just the empty-expect package itself.

Uninstall empty-expect and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove empty-expect

This will remove the empty-expect package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for empty-expect then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge empty-expect

Or similarly, like this empty-expect

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove empty-expect
