How To Uninstall engauge-digitizer On Debian 9

To uninstall engauge-digitizer just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just engauge-digitizer

interactively extracts numbers from bitmap graphs or mapsDebian 9.0science9.7+ds.1-1
sudo apt-get remove engauge-digitizer

This will remove just the engauge-digitizer package itself.

Uninstall engauge-digitizer and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove engauge-digitizer

This will remove the engauge-digitizer package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for engauge-digitizer then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge engauge-digitizer

Or similarly, like this engauge-digitizer

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove engauge-digitizer
