How To Uninstall enum On Debian 9

To uninstall enum just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just enum

seq- and jot-like enumeratorDebian 9.0utils1.1-1
sudo apt-get remove enum

This will remove just the enum package itself.

Uninstall enum and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove enum

This will remove the enum package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for enum then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge enum

Or similarly, like this enum

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove enum
