How To Uninstall epiphany-browser-data On Debian 9

To uninstall epiphany-browser-data just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just epiphany-browser-data

Data files for the GNOME web browserDebian 9.0gnome3.22.7-1
sudo apt-get remove epiphany-browser-data

This will remove just the epiphany-browser-data package itself.

Uninstall epiphany-browser-data and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove epiphany-browser-data

This will remove the epiphany-browser-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for epiphany-browser-data then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge epiphany-browser-data

Or similarly, like this epiphany-browser-data

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove epiphany-browser-data
