How To Uninstall erlang-cowboy-doc On Debian 9

Uninstall just erlang-cowboy-doc

Documentation files for erlang-cowboyDebian 9.0doc2.0.0~pre.1+dfsg1-2
sudo apt-get remove erlang-cowboy-doc

This will remove just the erlang-cowboy-doc package itself.

Uninstall erlang-cowboy-doc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove erlang-cowboy-doc

This will remove the erlang-cowboy-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for erlang-cowboy-doc then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge erlang-cowboy-doc
