How To Uninstall erlang-luerl On Debian 9

To uninstall erlang-luerl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just erlang-luerl

implementation of Lua in ErlangDebian 9.0libs0.2015.12.10-3
sudo apt-get remove erlang-luerl

This will remove just the erlang-luerl package itself.

Uninstall erlang-luerl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove erlang-luerl

This will remove the erlang-luerl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for erlang-luerl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge erlang-luerl

Or similarly, like this erlang-luerl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove erlang-luerl
