sudo apt-get remove erlang-p1-cache-tab

This will remove just the erlang-p1-cache-tab package itself.

Uninstall erlang-p1-cache-tab and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove erlang-p1-cache-tab

This will remove the erlang-p1-cache-tab package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too
