How To Uninstall erlang-p1-pam On Debian 9

To uninstall erlang-p1-pam just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just erlang-p1-pam

pam authentication and accounting management for ErlangDebian 9.0libs1.0.0-5
sudo apt-get remove erlang-p1-pam

This will remove just the erlang-p1-pam package itself.

Uninstall erlang-p1-pam and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove erlang-p1-pam

This will remove the erlang-p1-pam package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for erlang-p1-pam then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge erlang-p1-pam

Or similarly, like this erlang-p1-pam

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove erlang-p1-pam
