How To Uninstall erlang-proper On Debian 9

To uninstall erlang-proper just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just erlang-proper

QuickCheck-inspired property-based testing tool for ErlangDebian 9.0devel1.2+dfsg-1
sudo apt-get remove erlang-proper

This will remove just the erlang-proper package itself.

Uninstall erlang-proper and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove erlang-proper

This will remove the erlang-proper package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for erlang-proper then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge erlang-proper

Or similarly, like this erlang-proper

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove erlang-proper
