How To Uninstall erlang-yapp On Debian 9

To uninstall erlang-yapp just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just erlang-yapp

Erlang application for deploying Yaws webserver applicationsDebian 9.0httpd2.0.4+dfsg-1+b1
sudo apt-get remove erlang-yapp

This will remove just the erlang-yapp package itself.

Uninstall erlang-yapp and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove erlang-yapp

This will remove the erlang-yapp package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for erlang-yapp then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge erlang-yapp

Or similarly, like this erlang-yapp

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove erlang-yapp
