How To Uninstall ethstats On Debian 9

To uninstall ethstats just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ethstats

sudo apt-get remove ethstats

This will remove just the ethstats package itself.

Uninstall ethstats and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ethstats

This will remove the ethstats package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ethstats then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ethstats

Or similarly, like this ethstats

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ethstats
