How To Uninstall eventstat On Debian 9

To uninstall eventstat just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just eventstat

kernel event states monitoring toolDebian 9.0admin0.03.03-1
sudo apt-get remove eventstat

This will remove just the eventstat package itself.

Uninstall eventstat and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove eventstat

This will remove the eventstat package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for eventstat then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge eventstat

Or similarly, like this eventstat

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove eventstat
