How To Uninstall exfat-fuse On Debian 9

To uninstall exfat-fuse just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just exfat-fuse

read and write exFAT driver for FUSEDebian 9.0otherosfs1.2.5-2
sudo apt-get remove exfat-fuse

This will remove just the exfat-fuse package itself.

Uninstall exfat-fuse and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove exfat-fuse

This will remove the exfat-fuse package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for exfat-fuse then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge exfat-fuse

Or similarly, like this exfat-fuse

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove exfat-fuse
