How To Uninstall fai-nfsroot On Debian 9

To uninstall fai-nfsroot just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fai-nfsroot

Fully Automatic Installation nfsroot packageDebian 9.0admin5.3.6
sudo apt-get remove fai-nfsroot

This will remove just the fai-nfsroot package itself.

Uninstall fai-nfsroot and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fai-nfsroot

This will remove the fai-nfsroot package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fai-nfsroot then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fai-nfsroot

Or similarly, like this fai-nfsroot

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fai-nfsroot
