How To Uninstall fcitx-imlist On Debian 9

To uninstall fcitx-imlist just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fcitx-imlist

Command-line utility to switch list of Fcitx IMDebian 9.0utils0.5.1-1
sudo apt-get remove fcitx-imlist

This will remove just the fcitx-imlist package itself.

Uninstall fcitx-imlist and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fcitx-imlist

This will remove the fcitx-imlist package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fcitx-imlist then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fcitx-imlist

Or similarly, like this fcitx-imlist

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fcitx-imlist
