How To Uninstall fetch-crl On Debian 9

To uninstall fetch-crl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fetch-crl

Downloads Certificate Revocation ListsDebian 9.0net3.0.17-1
sudo apt-get remove fetch-crl

This will remove just the fetch-crl package itself.

Uninstall fetch-crl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fetch-crl

This will remove the fetch-crl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fetch-crl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fetch-crl

Or similarly, like this fetch-crl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fetch-crl
