How To Uninstall fetchmailconf On Debian 9

To uninstall fetchmailconf just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fetchmailconf

fetchmail configuratorDebian 9.0mail6.3.26-3
sudo apt-get remove fetchmailconf

This will remove just the fetchmailconf package itself.

Uninstall fetchmailconf and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fetchmailconf

This will remove the fetchmailconf package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fetchmailconf then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fetchmailconf

Or similarly, like this fetchmailconf

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fetchmailconf
