How To Uninstall filo On Debian 9

To uninstall filo just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just filo

FILe and stream OperationsDebian 9.0science1.1.0-3+b1
sudo apt-get remove filo

This will remove just the filo package itself.

Uninstall filo and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove filo

This will remove the filo package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for filo then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge filo

Or similarly, like this filo

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove filo
