How To Uninstall filters On Debian 9

To uninstall filters just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just filters

collected filters, including B1FF and the Swedish ChefDebian 9.0games2.55-2
sudo apt-get remove filters

This will remove just the filters package itself.

Uninstall filters and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove filters

This will remove the filters package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for filters then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge filters

Or similarly, like this filters

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove filters
