How To Uninstall findimagedupes On Debian 9

To uninstall findimagedupes just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just findimagedupes

Finds visually similar or duplicate imagesDebian 9.0graphics2.18-6+b2
sudo apt-get remove findimagedupes

This will remove just the findimagedupes package itself.

Uninstall findimagedupes and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove findimagedupes

This will remove the findimagedupes package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for findimagedupes then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge findimagedupes

Or similarly, like this findimagedupes

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove findimagedupes
