How To Uninstall fishpolld On Debian 9

To uninstall fishpolld just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fishpolld

daemon that allows remote script's execution when triggered from the networkDebian 9.0net0.1.7-1
sudo apt-get remove fishpolld

This will remove just the fishpolld package itself.

Uninstall fishpolld and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fishpolld

This will remove the fishpolld package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fishpolld then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fishpolld

Or similarly, like this fishpolld

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fishpolld
