To uninstall fixincludes just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove fixincludes
This will remove just the fixincludes package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fixincludes
This will remove the fixincludes package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for fixincludes then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge fixincludes
Or similarly, like this fixincludes
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fixincludes
