How To Uninstall fixincludes On Debian 9

To uninstall fixincludes just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fixincludes

Fix non-ANSI header filesDebian 9.0devel1:6.3.0-18
sudo apt-get remove fixincludes

This will remove just the fixincludes package itself.

Uninstall fixincludes and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fixincludes

This will remove the fixincludes package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fixincludes then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fixincludes

Or similarly, like this fixincludes

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fixincludes
